In this cool video you get to see bread being baked into huge bread bubbles using a heating gun. A really cool idea that Israeli designers Omer Polak and Michal Avyatar made using techniques from glass blowing.
They collaborated with a chef to add herbs during the process to create flavorful air that will release its aromas when biting into the bread.
The dough is simply made from flour, water and seasoning and to create the different colors they have added vegetable juices instead of the water. The dough was then kneaded and stretched over the metal template to allow it to blow up in the right way.
