Hyperdecanting wine means decanting it really quickly, what you do is instead of decanting it the traditional way and let i naturally release it’s flavor before serving you do this hyper style by putting the wine in a blender and blend it, you can serve it within a minute or two after opening (because we all usually wait right?).

The idea of hyperdecanting wine was invented by Nathan Myhrvold who is also responsible for the amazing book Modernist Cuisine, a must buy if can afford roughly 500$ for a cookbook that is.
